Hotel a Mound House

“For such a great hotel &casino - I got really unlucky with a defective or broken AC/Fan unit - it kept me up all night for two nights rattling and coughing up these ratchet noises. My only option was to turn it off completely which made the room stuffy and hot. For $1,000 dollars, I definitely got the short end of the stick. Very expensive trip for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and I’m leaving early because I couldn’t stand another night like that. I hope you folks can fix the AC/Fan unit...

“Restaurant would not take orders to go, said they were too busy, had to get in cars and find another alternative. Didn't appreciate a long drive and couldn't get food to eat while relaxing in room.”

“Such a great stay. Just be careful when you check out bc they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. I called after I got home and realized it and they backed out the charge. Some front desk staff were great, some Mezza Mezza. Overall, great place!”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“Overall the hotel is very clean and the desk clerk was very nice. My main complaint was that the room had a kitchenette, but it had absolutely no cookware or dishes. I chose this hotel so that I would be able to cook a meal, but after purchasing some groceries and checking in I had no way to cook it.”

“The restaurants are not that great. Most don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying a high price but it needs to be good. The resorts are geared towards young people & that’s great. However, as a senior citizen resorts don’t offer much. I would like clear walking trails with no rocks as seniors have difficulty maneuvering rough terrain. We’re not dead yet & want to experience our beautiful country.”

“Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!”

“We received a upgrade to a suite. Breakfast was breakfast was included in our room rate. Staff was nice. Just a good place to go and convenient to the freeway’s.”
